What is Arkan?
Arkan is an astrology and Tarot service: readings, natal charts, a daily horoscope, sign compatibility and the Star Oracle. An astronomy engine places the planets; a language model writes the interpretation. Runs in a browser and as a Telegram Mini App.
How is Arkan different from regular horoscopes?
Regular horoscopes write one text for all 12 signs. Your personal horoscope here is built from your natal chart: birth date, time and place. It factors in your transits and aspects, not just your sun sign. The general horoscope by sign is free and, like everywhere else, one text per sign.
Is it free?
Your first tarot reading needs no sign-up. After that you need an account, not a payment. Free gives you 2 readings a day, the daily card, the general horoscope by sign and 3 Oracle questions. Basic and Pro remove the limits.
What is AI astrology?
Calculation and interpretation are two different things, and they are kept apart here. An astronomy engine computes planet positions, houses and aspects; a language model turns that into readable text. It is a machine reading, not a human one, and the model does get wordings wrong sometimes.
Is every answer personal?
No, and it is fairer to say so upfront. Your birth data drives the natal chart and the personal horoscope. The general horoscope is one text per sign. Compatibility is computed from the two zodiac signs, and its text comes from a template, without the model.
Is my data safe?
Birth data stays with us and is never sold or shared. From your profile you can withdraw consent or delete the account. You can also export everything we hold about you as a single file.
Does it work on iOS and Android?
Arkan runs inside Telegram as a Mini App on any smartphone, and as a responsive web app. There are no separate App Store apps yet.
How does payment work, and can I get a refund?
There is no auto-renewal: every payment is one-off and the subscription simply runs out. Pay by card through YooKassa or with Telegram Stars. You can get a refund for the unused period within 14 calendar days of payment.
What are Oracle and Tarot in Arkan?
The Oracle answers one question with one of four verdicts — yes, no, wait, not now — and explains why. Tarot is a full reading in 6 types: daily card, 3 cards, yes/no, Love, Career, Celtic Cross. Neither decides anything for you.
